Casual elegance
describes this very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, gulf front,
professionally decorated unit. From this 14th floor condo you can
enjoy watching the dolphins swim and watch the pelicans fly by the
floor to ceiling wall of windows that faces the gulf. (they do this
twice a day)! And you can watch your family on the beach if you
would rather lounge on the deck of the condo waiting for the sun to
set. You also have a lovely view of the bay, and the Mid Bay bridge.
This unit sleeps 8. The iron king size bed in the oversized master
bedroom is the focal point of the room which has an armoire that
holds a 32" TV and DVD player and a country French dresser. A
comfortable swivel chair sits by the sliding glass doors that open
to the deck and you can sip morning coffee from the bedroom with a
spectacular view of the gulf. The dressing area has a floor to
ceiling mirror and two walk-in closets. The beautifully wallpapered
master bath has a tub/shower.
The guest suite has two double beds and the same wonderful view of
the gulf from the doors that open to the deck. The wallpapered guest
bath has a shower.
The unit has a washer and dryer, an eat-in kitchen, a very large and
gracious foyer. The oversized living room and dining area has a very
soothing color palate and will make you feel relaxed upon entering
the condo. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, a 36" TV
in the armoire and a CD player and DVD player.
Surfside Resort is an
all-inclusive property with a pool-side tiki bar, full-service
restaurant, lighted tennis courts, exercise facility, heated pool,
two hot tubs and sauna. Each condo has a 35 'balcony with gulf views
that is accessible from all rooms. Free high-speed wireless internet
access makes it easy to keep in touch while you are here.
