Casual elegance
describes this very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, gulf front,
professionally decorated unit. From this 14th floor condo you can
enjoy watching the dolphins swim and watch the pelicans fly by the
floor to ceiling wall of windows that faces the gulf. (they do this
twice a day)! And you can watch your family on the beach if you
would rather lounge on the deck of the condo waiting for the sun to
set. You also have a lovely view of the bay, and the Mid Bay bridge.
The oversized master bedroom has a wonderful view of the Gulf with a
seating area by the sliding glass door that opens to the balcony.
The decor is comfortable and elegant all in one. The 32" flat screen
TV is directly across from the king size bed. There is a dressing
table and chair for makeup application or it can be used for your
laptop. If it rains during your stay you may not want to leave this
room!
The guest suite has two double beds and the same wonderful view of
the gulf from the doors that open to the deck. The wallpapered guest
bath has a shower.
The unit has a washer and dryer, an eat-in kitchen, a very large and
gracious foyer. The oversized living room and dining area has a very
soothing color palate and will make you feel relaxed upon entering
the condo. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, a 36" TV
in the armoire and a CD player and DVD player.
Surfside Resort is an
all-inclusive property with a pool-side tiki bar, full-service
restaurant, lighted tennis courts, exercise facility, heated pool,
two hot tubs and sauna. Each condo has a 35 'balcony with gulf views
that is accessible from all rooms. Free high-speed wireless internet
access makes it easy to keep in touch while you are here.
