is a cottage home in Destin Pointe, a gated, 24 hour secure
environment, located on Lake Caroline. The house has spectacular
views of the lake, harbor, east pass and Gulf of Mexico. The house
is only 250 yards from the beach and has a maximum occupancy of 10
(K,Q,Q,2T,Q Sleeper). |

This
4 bed (+sitting room)/4 bath house has its own pool, hot tub,
living room with fireplace and entertainment center (TV, VCR, DVD,
Stereo), dining/kitchen with 8 foot salt water fish tank, circular
stairway, 2 car garage, gas grill, outside shower, W&D, 5
porches, as well as each bedroom having its own TV & VCR. |

Upon
entering SeaScape, guests are immediately greeted with a circular
stairway that leads to the living room area. |
The
first floor has a screened-in porch which opens onto the pool, hot
tub and lounging area. The picture of the porch below is an
example of one of the 5 porches which extend from each room of the
house. |

| The
living room has a sectional couch, fireplace, full entertainment
system, 10 foot ceiling and porch that looks out over Lake
Caroline. |

The
dining room has a table that seats 10 and a direct view of the
incredible 8 foot salt water reef tank. While eating, guests can
watch the fish and live coral. |

| Following
the hallway back from the dining room on the second floor,
guests enter a suite of rooms. The first is a sitting room which
has a couch that opens into a queen size bed, as well as a
computer with internet access. |
The
adjoining room is a queen size bedroom with bathroom. Each one
of these rooms has double doors which open onto a porch. |
Above
the doors are stained glass panels with fish and other sea life. |

| From
the second floor, a window-filled staircase connects to the
third floor, which has three bedrooms. The first is a queen
bedroom which has brown wicker furniture, an attached bathroom
and a porch which views the Gulf of Mexico. |
The
twin bedroom has an adjoining bathroom and porch which views the
harbor. |
Walking
down the hallway from the queen and twin bedrooms is the
entrance to the master bedroom, which has a king size bed,
recessed ceiling with rope lighting, electric fireplace, porch
overlooking Lake Caroline, TV&VCR and master bath with a
separate area for vanity and sinks, walk-in shower and whirlpool
tub. |
