beaches and immerse yourself in the sparkling world famous
blue/green Gulf of Mexico waters. All you need is a beach towel,
your sunglasses, and the urge to indulge yourself.

OUR CONDO
 After
you park your car directly in front of our Unit A-3, you will enter a
spacious, ground level, totally furnished 1 bedroom (sleeps 2-4) vacation
home. Outside you will enjoy a beautiful pool, and clubhouse. Inside you will find all the amenities of home
including modern conveniences such as microwave, dishwasher, garbage
disposal, smooth top range, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker.
Linens, towels, dishes, utensils, and cookware are provided. A
stacked washer and dryer is located in a laundry closet. You supply
only the groceries.
The color scheme
is a relaxing peach and sea foam green. The living room/dining room combo
includes a queen hide-a-bed, cable TV, and DVD/VCR. The bedroom features a
king size bed and walk-in closet. Tons of storage can be found
throughout. Enjoy the sounds of summer from your seat on the patio only
steps away from the pool.
When you stay with
us, the Emerald Coast will become an unforgettable memory and you will
want to return again and again.

deposit to hold reservation (due within 7 days of making reservation)

Deposit will be refunded
after completion of satisfactory inspection provided no damage has

advance of check-in date (personal checks, money
orders, cashier's checks.)

Cancellations in less than 30 days of
check-in date: Half of total funds paid will be refunded

Cancellations in more than 30 days of
check-in date: $100 security deposit will be forfeited with
the remainder of the total funds paid refunded

No refunds/credits for late
arrivals or early departures

Refunds will be allowed for
HURRICANE WARNING conditions to the DESTIN area resulting
in a prorated refund from the date/time of departure

No Pets or Smoking (smoking
allowed on outside patio)

Occupancy is limited to 4 persons age 25
years or older (kids 10 and older okay accompanied by an adult 25 years
or older for the entire stay with approval from Owner). Proof of age may
be required
