Destin resort property on Scenic Highway 98, a pristine beach area in
Destin, Florida!
Maravilla Resort has one of
the largest beaches in the area, 2.5 acres of private sugar white
sand beach! The low rise condo buildings are family friendly especially
with small children. It is easy to access the beach or enjoy the two
luxurious swimming pools, tennis, shuffleboard and the clubhouse with
exercise room and equipment. Maravilla is convenient to Destin's deep sea
fishing fleet at the Harbor, excellent seafood restaurants, water sports,
theme parks, championship golf courses and shopping at the Silver Sands
Outlet and the Destin Commons!

Sorry, no vacationing students, no smoking and no pets.
Reservation Policy: We are family oriented and will not rent
to vacationing students or young adults (under age 25). A security/
reservation deposit of $200 is required and due upon booking a
reservation. This deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days
of departure of rental unit providing there is no smoking, no pets,
no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed.
Rate does not include 11% tax, $75 cleaning fee and $50 processing
fee. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by
personal check. Reservations made on short notice will require a
cashier's check for deposit and rental payment. We do not accept
credit cards.
Cancellation Policy: A $100 cancellation fee and the $50
non-refundable processing fee plus 11% FL tax will be required on
all canceled reservations. Reservations must be canceled 30 days
prior to arrival for daily or weekly reservations or the full $200
deposit will be forfeited. Monthly reservations must be canceled 90
days prior to arrival or the full $200 deposit is forfeited. No
refund of rent for late arrival or early departure. The rate
information provided, though deemed accurate, is not guaranteed. It
is subject to errors, omissions, change of price, or withdrawal
without notice. |
