Pet Friendly: OWNERS DISCRETION, small canine
only. There will be an additional deposit and fee.
Current vaccinations, etc., must be up to date.
FYI...dogs are not allowed on the beach, per
county regulations.
All prices are for a
weekly rate, from Saturday to Saturday. Prices do
not include 11% sales tax and the rent is subject to
change without notice. We ask that the $400.00
reservation/security deposit be received within 5
business days of booking for your reservation to be
secured. That deposit will be sent back within 10
business days following your departure, if there is
no damage or items missing. One time cleaning fee
$125.00. Check-in after 4:00 PM CST. Check-out
before 9:30 AM CST.
