Leeward
Key is a 12 story building completed in August 1999. Unique to
this building is the convenience of the beach. You are literally
steps away across a narrow two-lane street serviced by a
traffic-yielding crosswalk. There are two swimming pools, one at
the beach and one behind the building. Both are heatable, but
generally the beach pool is heated when needed. There is no public
access to the beach for ¼ mile either way; therefore, the beach
is yours to enjoy!
