Located in Gulf Terrace Condominiums, which sits on 26 manicured
acres, in the heart of all Destin, Florida activities. The
beach, as well as over 20 restaurants,10 shopping areas, and an
amusement and water theme park are all within a 3-minute walk.
The Wal-Mart Super Center is a 2-minute drive away.
There are 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, and a
fresh water fishing lake located on the property. My children
roller-blade and skate-board all over the premises. There is a
security-guard at the front-gate and the back-gate closes at
10PM. If you have teenagers they can walk to all the fun things
to do.

The condo has
just been painted and redecorated with pretty pastel
colors and is as nice as any unit I have seen in all of
Destin. The master bedroom has a new Sealy KING size bed,
the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a full bed, and there is a
sofa bed in the living room.
There is an outside deck
with tables and chairs, and a charcoal grill is located
just outside too. The most private swimming pool is
located next to this unit. Parking is at your door. The
beach is just across the street. Snowbirds congregate in
this Destin, Florida complex during the winter. |
