It’s an
abundance of living space with seven bedrooms, five
bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, two sets of
washer/dryers, tons of bathroom space [two sinks in every
bathroom], and dining area that will hold a ton of people.
Your large group will be very comfortable here, and will
enjoy their stay!
Location: Destin/Crystal Beach, Florida, USA (Three
minute walk to the beach)
Accommodations: 2 large beach houses, 7 bedrooms, 5

The main house has a
spacious living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen,
washer/dryer, master bedroom (king-size) with luxurious master bath/Jacuzzi.
Bedroom #2 sleeps four. It has a king plus a set of single-bed
bunks. There's also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living
room.
Across the pool is the Carriage House. At pool level is
BR #3 (king-size), a large bathroom with double sinks and a
large shower, and BR #4 (king size). Both bedrooms have french
doors opening onto the pool courtyard. Adjacent to BR #4 is BR
#5, it's a small room with a set of single-bed bunks (sleeps 2). |
The Carriage House,
upstairs and overlooking the pool, has a private entrance. There's another
large and comfortable living room, a second dining area for six, a fully equipped
kitchen and washer/dryer. There is still another master bedroom (king-size) with
bathroom/Jacuzzi, another bedroom (two twins), and another full bath.
There's also a queen size sofa bed in the living room.
It all wraps
around your own private pool with jets [heated upon your request] in a
private fenced courtyard setting. The perfect place for those afternoon
barbecues on the natural gas grill.
To the right
are the pool bath and French doors to bedrooms 3 & 4.
Some other extras are the outdoor warm water shower for rinsing off when
coming in from the beach, and the coveted additional off-street parking.
The beach is a three minute walk away and Starbuck’s, Barnes and Noble and
several nice restaurants are three minutes the other direction.
